A newly introduced main shaft comes with a high-stiffness bearing structure that offers an increased diameter and a double main load-bearing surface. This leads to stable operation, reduced failure rate, and elevated pellet mill output. Implementing a novel positioning structure in the main shaft frame, the roller is now much easier to disassemble, thus significantly cutting down time spent on roller replacement.

Our pellet machine utilizes gear oil lubrication and air cooling to maintain lower oil temperatures. Furthermore, the machine is equipped with an overpressure protection and undervoltage alarm, as well as a real-time pressure display, endorsing long-term high-load operation.

Our roller incorporates new technology which features a wear-resistant layer welded by a robot, enhancing the roller's lifespan significantly. The machine sports a vertical mold and vertical feed system, achieving uniform dispersion and averting arching and overheating issues with the help of centrifugal forces generated by a static mold and rotating press wheel.

The die is strengthened by an enhanced press lock, which simultaneously reduces steam-induced corrosion in the bearing chamber. The redesigned structure of the press lock makes disassembly easier. Our reducer bearings, designed to be adjustable, considerably reduce the impact on their lifespan due to regular wear during long-term operation.
