A. Core component - mold: Made of wear-resistant stainless steel, quenched in a vacuum furnace, the mold has uniform hardness, no damage, and is super wear-resistant; the mold holes are processed with high-speed oil drilling, the holes are evenly arranged, and the inside of the holes is smooth.
B. Core component - pressure roller: The surface of the pressure roller is surfacing with super wear-resistant alloy technology, and its service life is the same as that of the mold.
C. Core component - pressure roller bearing: high temperature resistant material, reinforced close-packed slender rollers, optimized raceway structure, large load-bearing capacity and long service life.
D. Core component - reducer: The reducer gear is a multi-stage reduction helical gear with hard tooth surface, arranged in parallel. The load-bearing capacity is designed to be 5 times of the working condition and has a long service life. The reducer is equipped with lubrication and cooling systems. Taking into account the user's maintenance capabilities and maintenance conditions, the bearings of the gear shafts at all levels of the reducer adopt adjustable structures. After long-term wear of the bearing, it can be adjusted without dismantling the machine, saving users a lot of maintenance time.

The new spindle adopts an independent modular structure, and the bearing chamber structure is comprehensively strengthened and weighted to ensure the stable operation of the reducer, greatly improve the rigidity of the spindle, increase the output, and reduce the impact on the pressure wheel and the shaking of the mold. The main shaft is integrated into the lubrication system of the reducer, which saves the consumption of dry oil lubrication and also plays a cooling role.

2.Roller: the roller adopts super wear-resistant alloy welding process, instead of the past surface carburizing treatment. Long life span, while realizing the protection of the ring die.
New feed system
The external setting of the material dial completely solves the problem that the dial material system is easily corroded by high temperature steam. It is a major innovation of the eighth generation wood pellet machine.
In the material shifting cover, except for the material shifting turntable, other non-moving parts in contact with materials and steam are all made of stainless steel, which solves the corrosion problem of metal materials fundamentally.

4. Adopt the new positioning structure in main shaft frame, make roller disassemble easier, greatly reducing the replacing time of rollers.
5.Gear oil lubrication and air cooling to make oil temperature lower, and pellet machine set with overpressure protection and undervoltage alarm, real-time display of circulating pressure to ensure long term high-load operation of the pellet machine.
6. The roller adopts new technology, which has wear resisting material on surface welded by Robot. The lifetime of roller is improved and increased all-time.
7.Vertical mold; vertical feed; not arch; easy to heat. The mould is static,the press wheel rotates; the material is centrifugal; the dispersion is even.
8.The press lock of die upgraded, and the whole die is fully covered by extended press locks, which increase the strength of die effectively and reduce the corrosion of bearing chamber by steam. The structure of press lock is changed, easier to be disassembled while locking the ring die.
9.The reducer bearings all adopt adjustable structure, which greatly reduce the impact of reducer's lifetime by normal wear due to long-term working.
