Small Homeuse 100-300KG/H Sawdust Pelletizer

 

SKJ series Sawdust Pelletizer are with flat die, which are consisted of two rollers. They are generally for 

home use, and are widely used in pressing feed pellets.

1.The flat dieSawdust Pelletizer can press 4-8mm diameter animal feed pellets. Animal feed materials such as 

grain, soybean, maize etc.  

 

2.Our Sawdust Pelletizer are processed by CNC machine, the die and rollers are handled by heat treatment, which 

increase the abrasive resistance, prolong the die and rollers lifespan.

 

3.The Sawdust Pelletizer can be both with motor and diesel engine, can satisfy the different customers' requirements.

1. The small feed pellet machine the part of heart is use of molder and parallel roller assemble, which the parallel 

roller assemble rotation, mold stationary, relying between the mold and the pressure roller extrusion manufacturing pellets.

 

2. The feed pellet machine can press2-8mm diameter animal feed pellets. The raw materials include: grain, soybean, maize, grass, alfalfa etc.

 

3. When using the feed pellet machine make the animal feed, it is best to keep moisture at between 15%-20%, in order to the feed pellets to better ripening and shape.  

 

4. Our feed pellet mills are processed by CNC machine, the die and rollers are handled by heat treatment, 

which increase the abrasive resistance, prolong the die and rollers lifespan.
