This kind of flat-die pellet mill are applied to coarse fiber granulating such as sawdust, wood chips, husk, cotton stalk, corn stalk, paper, weeds and all kinds of crop straw, home wastage, the worn out plastic and the factory reject.

The technology we are using was adopted from Germany, and after our practise, we have developed our own patent---Taper-Shape Roller, which reduces the friction between the rollers and the flat die, then lengthen the life time of the machine.

This kind of pellet mill can also be used for animal feed and fertilizer pelleting. The following specifications is for the sawdust and other coarse fiber pelleting, if they are used for fertilizer and feed pelleting, the output will be double or three times.
