Introduce:
The line combied with 3 sets of wood pellet mill, 3 sets of drier, 1 screener, 1 hammer mill, stock bin, mixer, materials silo, conditioner, pellet mill, screener and packing machine. The line can reach 30000-50000 ton per shift yearly, three-dimensional installment, stable performance.
Flow chart:
1). Crusher (to crush the materials into sawdusts or powders);
2). Dryer (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 8% - 13%);
3). Pellet mill (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 2 - 30mm, up to you);
4). Cooling machine (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);
5). Sieving machine (to remove the dusts and broken pellets);
6). Packing machine (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).
1. biomass pellet production line can press 2-8mm diameter biomass fuel pellet and fertilizer pellets ,such as biomass waste from sawdust, rice husk, coffee husk, agricultural stalk, straw, peanut shell, sun flower seed, palm shell, paper, plastic ect, fertilizer materials such as animal manure ,plant waste ect . there is knives installed nearby pellet machine outlet door, which can adjust pellet length.

Also the two layers ring die :top layer and bottom layer, when machine works, roller assemble only touch with bottom ring die layer, when ring die is broken,
then take over the ring die and make top layer into bottom,
in this way one ring die can use two times , also top layer and bottom layer hole can be different , so one ring die also can press two dimension pellets.but other suppliers pellet machine only has one layer ring die and only can press one type, this technology is our national patent.
