Rotary Dryer is suitable for drying sawdust, organic material, chemical material and etc. This type rotary dryer has advantage of high drying capacity, stable working performance, low consumption and easy operation.

The rotary dryer adopts air inhale device to inhale the hot air from air-heating furnace to the inner of dryer to complete heating change with wet material. According to the different character of material, we use different type lifting plate and Anti-sticking measures.

There are multi-angle lifting style lifting plate inside of dryer; During drying, the lifting plate will raising the material evenly, which can ensure the material complete heating change with the hot air enough and also ensure the drying efficiency is good.

Features:
1. Rotary drum dryer is mainly to dry biomass, fertilizer or animal feed powder materials. It has changeable speed rotary drum, which can dry high humidity materials, such as to dry biomass from sawdust, straw, stalk, animal feed materials from maize, soybean, cereal fertilizer materials from poultry manure, home or factory waste etc.

2. Small rotary drum dryer drum RPM can be controlled according to raw materials humidity. If humidity is large, then can control feeding speed lower and drum RPM lower
to make longer drying time.

3. Small rotary drum dryer has temperature adjusting equipment between stove and dryer, which can adjust hot air temperature when feeding to dryer drum according to raw
materials humidity and outlet stove hot temperature

4. Small rotary drum dryer has two ways to discharge materials. One is to outlet from
