The 6th XGJ560 pellet machine is new generation for the vertical ring die structure pellet machines.
This sawdust pellet making machine is updated based on last generation with diamter 560mm rign die fixed on the machine, and 2 rollers set on the main shaft and make the rotary against innner side of the ring die.

This generation of biomass fuel pellet mill with big gearbox, with advantage as follow:
1-all gears flat connecting no taper gears, structure more properly than before,
2-and gears more bigger and tronger than before, roughly no need change the gears ,
3-the motor shaft and the machine main shaft directly connecting into the gearbox, so machine transmission efficiency is more higher than before.
