Product Description

4-5 ton/hour biomass pellet plant

 
Introduce:
The line combied with wood pellet mill,  drier, screener,hammer mill, stock bin, mixer, materials silo, conditioner, pellet mill, screener and packing machine. 


The steps for whole pellet plant working: 
1) Wood chipper, cutting the wood log or wood branches into small wood chipps 
2). Hammer mill, crushing the wood chips or small wood pieces into small size sawdust, smaller than 6-8mm.
3). Dryer    (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 8% - 13%);    
4), Materials bin, to storage the fine sawdust, and make the sawdust in evenly moisture content.
5). Pellet mill    (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 6 or 8mm, up to you);       
4). Cooling machine    (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);   
5). Sieving machine    (to remove the dusts and broken pellets);       
6). Packing machine    (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).
