5 ton/hour rice husk pelle making line



1). Crusher (to crush the materials into sawdusts or powders);


2). Dryer (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 10% - 15%);


3). Pellet mill (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 6-10mm, up to you);


4). Cooling machine (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture);


5). Sieving machine (to remove the dusts and broken pellets);


6). Packing machine (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).

ADVANTAGE OF WOOD SAWDUST STRAW PELLET MILL
-1 Vertical ring die wood sawdust straw pellet mill, feeding vertically, the raw materials can follow to the pelleting room directly.
-2 Vertical ring die structure, easy for heating dissipation, which can keep the machine running continually.
-3 Ring die fixed, main axis vertically, main shaft and roller rotating , the roller only can rotating inside of the ring die, so no deflection, no shaking, machine running more stably.
-4 Vertical ring die fixed, roller rotating, with centrifugal force, making the materials evenly distributed around inside the die, also the centrifugal force will help improve the capacity.
-5 Double-layer stainless steel ring die, up and down side. One ring die can be using 2 times by turn it over. Cut down operating costs
