Our machine is specially designed and structurally sound, consuming low power yet providing high efficiency. It's sturdy and durable, combining the benefits of both flat die pellet machines and horizontal ring die pellet mills. It shines particularly when handling materials with low adhesiveness and low shaping requirements, such as rice husks, sunflower husks, peanut shells, fruit shells, branches, trunks, bark, wood waste, various crop straws, household waste, rubber, cement, ash, and other chemical materials.

 

A. The shell of the new pellet dialing system is made of 304 stainless steel. It is molded by a stamping process, which offers high strength, anti-wear, and corrosion resistance.

B. The new main shaft adopts a high rigidity bearing structure, and its diameter has been increased by 15%. 

C. Correspondingly, the main load-bearing surface has been doubled. This leads to more reliable running, a lower failure rate, and ensures higher pellet mill output.

D. The main shaft frame adopts a new positioning structure, making roller disassembly easier and greatly reducing the time it takes to replace the rollers.

E. The pellet machine uses gear oil lubrication and air cooling to keep oil temperature low. It also includes overpressure protection and an under-voltage alarm, with a real-time display of circulating pressure to ensure long-term high-load operation.

F. The roller adopts new technology, with the surface welded by a Robot using wear-resistant material. This greatly enhances the roller's longevity.

G. The 8th generation pellet mill ring die fully adopts advanced wear-resistant stainless steel. Advanced vacuum furnace quenching technology ensures consistent hardness on the outside and inside. The die hole is machined using an ultra-high speed gun drilling machine.

H. The die press lock has been upgraded, and the whole die is now fully covered by extended press locks. This reinforces the die and reduces steam-induced corrosion in the bearing chamber. The structure of the press lock has been changed, making it easier to disassemble when locking the ring die.

I. Finally, all reducer bearings adopt an adjustable structure, which greatly mitigates the impact on the reducer's lifetime due to normal wear from long-term working.
