Product Parameters
We supply a state-of-the-art, eighth-generation centrifugal wood pellet mill. This machine can handle diverse biomass materials of varying sizes. It provides a substantial output, ranging up to 3000-4000 kg/h. The produced pellets have a diameter of 6-8mm. This efficient equipment operates under a three-phase voltage system and packs a power of 250 kw.

Our Advantages

e. An independent and frequency changeable cutting device ensures the high formation rate of pellets.
f. Gear oil lubrication complemented by air cooling results in lower oil temperatures. The pellet machine is equipped with overpressure protection and an undervoltage alarm, alongside real-time display of circulating pressure, guaranteeing long-term, high-load operation.
g. The press lock of the die has been upgraded. The entire die is now completely covered by extended press locks, which substantially enhance the die's strength and reduce steam corrosion in the bearing chamber. The structure of the press lock has also been modified, making it easier to disassemble while locking the ring die.
