XGJ Series Efficient Wood Pellet Mill is our signature product, patented in China after comprehensive research and development. This machine represents the epitome of local and international innovation with the core component - a unique "double-layer die" structure. The rollers are crafted from abrasion-proof alloy steel, greatly extending the lifespan of the parts. Notably, the drive components feature automatically filtered and properly lubricated grease. Boasting a special design, this machine presents a rational structure, low power consumption, high efficiency, and durability. It fills the gap in vertical feeding of ring-die pellet mills domestically and meets international standards.
The equipment is designed for materials with low adhesiveness and low shaping rate such as rice husk, palm fiber, sunflower seed husk, peanut shell, and other fruit shells; branches, trunks, barks, and other wood waste; various crop straws, rubber, cement, ash, and other chemical materials. This pellet mill is extensively used in biomass-energy fuel plants, power plants, wood processing plants, fertilizer plants, chemical plants, etc. It serves as the ideal producing and shaping equipment with minimal investment and maximal profit.

Major advancements in the components of our machine include:
A. Principal Component - Die: Made from wear-resistant stainless steel, it is hardened in a vacuum furnace ensuring consistent hardness. The die is unbreakable and remarkably wear-resistant. Die holes, cut using high-speed oil drills, are uniformly distributed and internally smooth.
B. Principal Component - Pressure Roller: The roller's surface employs a super wear-resistant alloy technology, thus matching the service life of the die.
C. Key Component - Pressure Roller Bearing: It utilizes high-temperature resistant materials, compactly arranged and elongated rollers, an optimized raceway structure ensuring high carrying capacity and extended longevity.
D. Critical Component - Reducer: The reducer gear features a hard-toothed multi-stage reduction helical gear, parallelly arranged, and designed for five times the load capacity of working conditions, ensuring an extended lifespan. The reducer includes a lubrication and cooling system. The gear shaft bearings at all levels can be adjusted, allowing adjustments without disassembly saving maintenance time.
E. Real-time lubrication detection is ensured, and the reducer's lubrication system includes flow detection and overpressure protection to prevent equipment failure due to poor lubrication.
F. The advanced material shifting system completely separates the rotary assembly from the shifting cover, effectively preventing corrosion due to high-temperature steam.
G. In the shifting cover, all fixed parts in contact with materials and steam, excluding the shifting turntable, are made of stainless steel to fundamentally solve metal corrosion problems.
