Product Description

Our patented SKJ series pellet mills, utilizing advanced Germanic pellet pressing technology, are purpose-built for a broad spectrum of applications. These machines are equipped to produce pellets (2-12mm) and briquettes (15-30mm), suitable for crude fiber granulation that includes materials such as sawdust (especially for soft wood sawdust), cotton stalks, various crop straws, home waste, and factory refuse. These are typically characterised by their low adhesion rate and difficulty in forming.

The SKJ series are also ideal for low-temperature pelleting applications, such as the production of biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and compound fertilizer. Moreover, they can process a wide range of crude fiber materials including wood sawdust, rice husks, cotton poles, cottonseed husks, weeds, and various crop residues. This extensive versatility affirms our machines' contribution to the global market of renewable compression biomass energy.

The central parts of the SKJ series, the "die" and "rollers", are fabricated from high-alloy, wear-resistant materials, ensuring a prolonged lifespan. While the 3-800 model is powered by a reducer, the other models function through a differential mechanism and a universal joint. Product Advantages

 

A. Adopt the central screw pressure adjusting mechanism. The gaps between the ring die and roller can be adjustable, which is suitable for different materials and guarantees the pressing effect.

B. The roller adopts a large diameter and wide groove structure, which has a strong loading capacity and is wear-resistant.

C. The pressure roller is distributed evenly. The operation is stable, and the pressing area is increased, and the production efficiency is improved.

D. Compression molding is diversified. Different pellets diameters (Ф2-Ф12 mm) can be achieved by changing the mould. This adapts to different compression demands, to achieve the best results.
