Taking TR-C90150 as an example, this equipment can crush and grind waste wood pallets, construction templates and demolition materials. Based on the characteristics of the customer's raw materials, we match them with a vibrating conveyor (not included in the integrated crusher and grinder set, optional for customers). The conveyor helps to evenly distribute the haphazardly stacked pallet material sent to the chain plate conveyor. This, combined with the hydraulic up-feed roller's forced feeding, takes the material into the machine for crushing and grinding.
After crushing, the materials are passed through two iron removal devices to discharge any metal in the raw materials. The material is then sucked into the cyclone separator by the fan. After separating air and material, the material drops from the bottom of the cyclone separator, and the air enters the bag dust collector directly from the top of the separator for the final dust removal.
