Our roller incorporates new technology which features a wear-resistant layer welded by a robot, enhancing the roller's lifespan significantly. The machine sports a vertical mold and vertical feed system, achieving uniform dispersion and averting arching and overheating issues with the help of centrifugal forces generated by a static mold and rotating press wheel.

The die is strengthened by an enhanced press lock, which simultaneously reduces steam-induced corrosion in the bearing chamber. The redesigned structure of the press lock makes disassembly easier.
