The innovations of the main machine in this section:
A. Core component-mold: It is made of wear-resistant stainless steel, quenched in a vacuum furnace, and the mold has uniform hardness, no breakage, and super wear-resistant; the die holes are processed by high-speed oil drills, the holes are evenly arranged, and the inside of the holes is smooth.
B. The core component-pressure roller: the surface of the pressure roller is deposited with super wear resistant alloy technology, and the service life is the same as that of the mold.
C. Core component-pressure roller bearing: high temperature resistant material, enhanced densely arranged and elongated rollers, optimized raceway structure, large carrying capacity and long life.
D. The core component-reducer: the reducer gear is a hard-toothed multi-stage reduction helical gear, arranged in parallel, with a load-bearing capacity designed to be 5 times that of the working conditions, and a long life. The reducer comes with a lubrication and cooling system. Taking into account the user's maintenance ability and maintenance conditions, the bearings of the gear shafts at all levels of the reducer are all adjustable structures. After the bearings are worn for a long time, they can be adjusted without dismantling the machine, saving users a lot Maintenance time.

I. The new main shaft adopts an independent modular structure, and the bearing chamber structure is fully strengthened and heavier, which ensures the stable operation of the reducer, greatly improves the rigidity of the main shaft, increases the output, and reduces the impact of shaking on the pressure wheel and mold. The main shaft is integrated into the lubrication system of the reducer, which saves the consumption of dry oil lubrication and also plays a role in cooling down.

Technical advantages of pellet machine gearbox
The gear box adopts three-stage gear deceleration, the carrying capacity is 5 times larger than the old model, and the service life is super long.The bearings of gear shafts are adjustable structure.The bearing can be adjusted without unloading the machine after long-term running of wear.
The gearbox comes with a lubricating cooling system, it can cool down the lubricating oil without stopping the machine to ensure long-term operation. New feed system
The external setting of the material dial completely solves the problem that the dial material system is easily corroded by high temperature steam. It is a major innovation of the eighth generation wood pellet machine.
In the material shifting cover, except for the material shifting turntable, other non-moving parts in contact with materials and steam are all made of stainless steel, which solves the corrosion problem of metal materials fundamentally.
Mould and pressure roller
1.Ring die: It is made of wear-resistant stainless steel material, quenched in a vacuum furnace, and the die has uniform hardness, no breakage, and super wear-resistant; the die holes are processed by high-speed gun drilling, the holes are evenly arranged, and the inside of the holes is smooth.
2.Roller: the roller adopts super wear-resistant alloy welding process, instead of the past surface carburizing treatment. Long life span, while realizing the protection of the ring die.
Feature:
A.The shell of new pellet dialing system (XGJ560 Model) is made of 304 stainless steel, which molded by a stamping forming, high strength, anti-wear and corrosion resistance.
B.The position of pellet outlet and the position of the dialing disc's reducer can be selected and adjusted at will. The user can change their position according to the site conditions.
C.The new main shaft adopts high stiffness bearing structure, and its diameter has a 15% increase. The main load bearing's carrying surface has the double increase accordingly. More reliable running, less failure rate, ensure higher output of pellet mill.
D.Adopt the new positioning structure in main shaft frame, make roller disassemble easier, greatly reducing the replacing time of rollers.
