Mould and pressure roller
1.Ring Die: This component is crafted from wear-resistant stainless steel. It undergoes a quenching process in a vacuum furnace, which ensures uniform hardness and superior wear resistance. Notably, there is no risk of breakage. The die holes are formed through high-speed gun drilling, resulting in evenly distributed holes with a smooth interior.
2.Roller: The roller is made using a super wear-resistant alloy welding process, a marked departure from the traditional surface carburizing treatment. This enhances its lifespan significantly, while also protecting the ring die.
New feed system
The external placement of the material dial effectively addresses the issue of the dial material system being susceptible to corrosion from high-temperature steam. This is a key innovation in our eighth generation wood pellet machine.
Within the material shifting cover, all non-moving parts that come into contact with materials and steam, excluding the material shifting turntable, are constructed from stainless steel. This fundamentally resolves the corrosion problem associated with metal materials.
Technical advantages of pellet machine gearbox
The gearbox in our machine utilizes a three-stage gear deceleration, providing a carrying capacity that's five times larger than previous models and offering a supremely long service life. The gear shaft bearings are adjustable, allowing for easy fine-tuning without having to disassemble the machine, even after long-term wear.
Additionally, the gearbox is equipped with a lubricating cooling system which cools down the lubricating oil without needing to halt the machine, ensuring continuous operation. The gearbox's lubrication system also has flow detection and over-pressure protection features. These are instrumental in preventing equipment failures that could potentially arise from inadequate lubrication.
Feature:
A. The casing of the new pellet dialing system is crafted from 304 stainless steel. Constructed through a stamping forming process, it offers high strength, anti-wear, and corrosion resistance.
B. The locations of the pellet outlet and the dialing disc's reducer are customizable and adjustable. Users can modify their positions based on site conditions.
C. The new main shaft adopts a high stiffness bearing structure, with its diameter increased by 15%. The main load bearing's carrying surface has accordingly doubled, resulting in more reliable operation, a lower failure rate, and higher pellet mill output.
D. The main shaft frame incorporates a new positioning structure, making roller disassembly easier and significantly reducing the time taken to replace rollers.
E. Gear oil lubrication and air cooling are used to lower oil temperature. The pellet machine also features overpressure protection and low voltage alarms, with real-time display of circulating pressure to ensure the machine's long-term high-load operation.
F. The roller employs new technology, with a wear-resistant material welded onto its surface by a robot. This enhances the roller's lifespan considerably.
G. The ring die of the 8th generation pellet mill entirely employs advanced wear-resistant stainless steel. The use of advanced vacuum furnace quenching technology ensures uniform hardness both inside and out. The die hole is machined by an ultra-high-speed gun drilling machine.
Main Process to Press Wood Pellets
Crushing: Raw biomass materials, like wood or straw, are chipped into smaller pieces.
Further Crushing: These pieces go through another round of crushing for size uniformity, aiding in blending.
Drying: The crushed material is dried to reduce its moisture content to roughly 10-15%.
Pelleting: The dry material is pressed at high temperatures to create dense pellets.
