Our patented SKJ series pellet mills, utilizing advanced Germanic pellet pressing technology, are purpose-built for a broad spectrum of applications.
The central parts of the SKJ series, the "die" and "rollers", are fabricated from high-alloy, wear-resistant materials, ensuring a prolonged lifespan. While the SKJ3-800 model is powered by a reducer, the other models function through a differential mechanism and a universal joint. These distinctions enable our machines to operate with low noise levels, maximized energy efficiency, and simplicity of use.
Conceived meticulously, the SKJ series pellet mills are a domestic patent product and represent an optimal choice for pellet processing equipment. They require a modest investment, deliver quick results, and offer risk-free operation.
These machines are equipped to produce pellets (2-12mm) and briquettes (15-30mm), suitable for crude fiber granulation that includes materials such as sawdust (especially for soft wood sawdust), cotton stalks, various crop straws, home waste, and factory refuse. These are typically characterised by their low adhesion rate and difficulty in forming.
The SKJ series are also ideal for low-temperature pelleting applications, such as the production of biological fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and compound fertilizer.

CHARACTERISTICS:
A. The "taper shape" rollers have rounded ends; their linear speed is consistent with the flat die, which helps prevent dislocated friction that might be created between the rollers and die. This way, it can reduce friction, save energy consumption, and lengthen the die and rollers' lifetime.
B. Adjust the pressure through the central screw. Auxiliary pressure is provided by the three-axis ends; the die gap is variable and can accommodate different materials, ensuring efficient pressure application.
C. Larger rollers with wide grooves can withstand more pressure and wear.
D. The rollers are more evenly distributed, ensuring stable operation. This increases the pressure areas and improves production efficiency.
E. The machines utilize a high-pressure filtered lubrication system.
