Product Description

Wood pellet mill is a new patent of pellet mill special for wood sawdust. The output volume is high, energy consumption is low and the operation convenient.

There are 2 different type, one is for SKJ2- sereis, one is SKJ3- sereis, the SKJ2- series pellet machine is small flat die pellet machine, good for home use, for animal feed pellet making, and for home make wood pellets.

The SKJ3- series is big flat die pellet machine, good for press different kind of biomass mateirals into biomass energy pellets.

A) The materials are pressed by the 3 rollers at one time, so the pressed area increases 1 more roller, so the output is improved.

B) The three rollers are designed fan-shaped and slanted to reduce the friction between the roller and the plate. Therefore the consumption is lower.
