Coarse crushing: Raw biomass materials, like wood or straw, are chipped into smaller pieces.
Drying: The first crushed material is dried to reduce its moisture content to roughly 10-15%.
Fine crushing: The dried materials with a fine crushing into the powder materials, which is suitable for pelletizing
Pelleting: The material that have been crushed and dried is pressed at high temperatures and high compressure to create dense pellets.
Cooling: The pellets from the pellet machine with high temperature, with cooling machine to reduce it
Packaging: Finally, pellets are packed for transport and storage, in either small or bulk quantities.
