1. The shell of new pellet dialing system (XGJ560 model) is made of 304 stainless steel, which is molded by a stamping forming, high strength, anti-wear and corrosion resistance.
2. The position of the pellet outlet and the position of the dialing disc's reducer can be selected and adjusted at will. The user can change their position according to the site conditions.

6. The roller adopts new technology, which has wear-resisting material on the surface welded by the Robot. The lifetime of the roller is improved and increased all-time.
7. The press lock of the die is upgraded, and the whole die is fully covered by extended press locks, which increase the strength of the die effectively and reduce the corrosion of the bearing chamber by steam. The structure of the press lock is changed, easier to disassemble while locking the ring die.
8. The reducer bearings all adopt an adjustable structure, which greatly reduces the impact of the reducer's lifetime by normal wear due to long-term working.
