The latest pellet dialing system makes use of a shell constructed through stamping formation. This shell is known for its high strength and resistance to corrosion and wear. Users can configure the locations of the pellet outlet and the dialing reducer based on their specific site requirements. A new main shaft featuring a high-stiffness bearing structure is introduced, offering an increased diameter and a doubled load-bearing surface. This ensures stable operation, a lower rate of failure, and increased pellet mill output.
The main shaft frame employs a novel positioning structure, making the roller easier to disassemble, hence reducing the time spent on roller replacement. The machine benefits from the use of gear oil lubrication and air cooling, which helps maintain a lower oil temperature. Notably, the machine comes with overpressure protection and undervoltage alarm, along with a real-time pressure display ensuring long-term high-load operation.
The roller makes use of new technology, which includes a wear-resistant layer welded by a robot on the surface. This enhances the roller's longevity.
The machine is designed with a vertical mold and vertical feed system that achieves uniform dispersion through centrifugal forces from a static mold and rotating press wheel, which mitigates issues such as arching and overheating. The strength of the die is increased by an improved press lock, which also reduces steam-induced corrosion in the bearing chamber. Disassembly is easier due to the altered structure of the press lock. The adjustable reducer bearings minimize the impact of regular wear from long-term operation on their lifespan.
