Our production line boasts versatility, perfectly processing fibrous materials such as sawdust, rice husks, sunflower husks, cotton stalks, and even household waste, recycled plastic, and rubber. Our complete production line for wood pellets can manufacture biomass fuel pellets with diameters ranging from 4 to 12mm.
Crushing: Raw biomass materials, like wood or straw, are chipped into smaller pieces.
Further Crushing: These pieces go through another round of crushing for size uniformity, aiding in blending.
Drying: The crushed material is dried to reduce its moisture content to roughly 10-15%.
Pelleting: The dry material is pressed at high temperatures to create dense pellets.
Cooling: Freshly-made pellets are cooled down to harden.
Packaging: Finally, pellets are packed for transport and storage, in either small or bulk quantities.
The process can be customized supplemented with other steps depending on the raw materials and customer requirements. While this is a fairly standard process, it's important to note that the efficiency and quality of the biomass pellets produced heavily rely on nuances in each step. Therefore, customization and continuous optimization in each stage are of utmost importance.
The machinery utilized in the production of biomass pellets includes: crushers, pulverizers, dryers, granulators, coolers, screening equipment, packaging machines, conveyors, dust removal equipment, and silos.
Based on differing customer requirements, the variety and volume of equipment needed can vastly differ. A basic setup might only require a pellet machine and a conveyor. However, a large-scale production line will not only have all this equipment, but may also consist of multiple instances of each type of machinery.
