This pellet mill absorbs the quintessence at home and abroad,the heart part adopts"double-layer die" as the unique structure,supplying the blank of vertical feeding of ring-die pellet mill at home,reach the intermational advanced level.
This is our main equipment wood pellet machine. This is our XGJ560 model.Power supply is 132KW, the capacity is 1.5-2ton/hr. We also have XGJ850 pellet machine model Power supply is 250KW, the capacity is 3-4ton/hr. You can choose one model according to your needs.

Our Advantages
1.wood pellet machine can press high crude fiber biomass and chemical fertilizer materials into 2-8MM diameter pellets. it is specially fit for biomass waste from wheat straw or rice straw, corn stalk, rice husk , palm fiber ,palm shell or groundnut shell , very hard wood e.c.t, also can press fertilizer granules from animal manure, plant waste, chemical waste e.c.t ,before pelletizing , raw materials should crush into fine powder, humidity should control between 15%-20%.
2.wood pellet machine adopts both common ring die pellet machine and flat die pellet machine advantages ,working principle is roller assemble rotary, the ring die keep stable, producing high pressure and press very low adhesive biomass waste into high density pellets --- 1.1-1.4ton/m3. pellet length can be adjusted.
3.wood pellet machine contains hydraulic pump, which can adjust pressure between rollers and ring die to fit for different materials pressure ratio. when adjusted to the fit pressure, pressure will keep stable automatically, but other supplier pellet press need to adjust pressure manually each time .

6. The gearbox is equipped with lubrication and cooling system, which can cool the lubricating oil without stopping the machine to ensure long-term operation. Real time lubrication detection. The gearbox lubrication system is equipped with flow detection and over pressure protection, which can effectively prevent equipment failure caused by poor lubrication.
