Product Description

Wood pellet making machines can press high crude fiber biomass and chemical fertilizer materials into 6-8MM diameter pellets. It is specifically suited for biomass waste from wheat straw or rice straw, corn stalk, rice husk, palm fiber, palm shell or groundnut shell. The pelletizing raw materials should crush into fine powder, and humidity should be between 10%-15%.
Wood pellet making machines adopt both common ring die pellet and flat die pellet machine advantages; the working principle is that the roller assembly rotary ring die stays stable, producing high pressure and pressing very low adhesive biomass waste into high density pellets.
Wood sawdust pellet machines include hydraulic pumps, which can adjust pressure between rollers and ring dies to fit different materials' pressure ratios. When adjusted to the fit pressure, pressure will keep stable automatically, but other supplier pellet press need to adjust pressure manually each time.
Sawdust pellet making machines also contain automated lubricating spare parts oil systems, which can lubricate spare parts oil automatically--such as rollers, vertical shafts, gears, bearings, and other common suppliers. A pellet machine needs to add oil every four working hours, which makes it very difficult to operate. This technology has received national patent approval.
Wood pellet machines adopt flat die pellet machines for vertical feeding material advantages, feeding materials vertically and directly to pelletizing rooms; ring die and roller assembly works in horizontal type, but other suppliers common ring die pellet machines only feed materials from gear box side and the ring die works in vertical type. Their feeding speed and efficiency are both very low. Its spare parts are not able to produce large pressures, especially the inner main shaft and bearings, and will be easily broken if not put under continuous pressure.
Wood pellet machines have one ring die with two layers: The top layer and bottom layer. When the pellet machine works, the roller assembly will rotary, toughing with the ring die bottom layer, the ring die stays stable, and once the ring die bottom layer is broken, turn it over and make the top layer work a second time. So one ring die can be used twice. Also, the top and bottom layer hole dimensions can be different, so one ring die can press into two different diameter pellets. But the other just has one layer and only one press.
Wood pellet machines work with air fans and bags of dust filters, which will clean dust and provide environmental protection. It can also cool pellet machine inner spare parts at a high temperature, ensuring long continuous working hours.
