Yulong 2-3 ton/hour wood pellet plant
Introduce:
This wood pellet plant, including 2 sets of XGJ560 vertical ring die pellet machine, capacity is 2-3Ton per hour.
And this wood pellet plant including, the infront wood debarker, wood sawdust machine, the drum rotary dryer, the hammer cursher, the pellet mill, the cooler, the screener, the packing machine.
Wood pellet plant mainly process:
1). Crusher (to crush the materials into sawdusts or powders);
2). Dryer (to remove the moisture in materials till it get to the level of 8% - 13%);
3). Pellet mill (to press the materials into pellets, with sizes from 6mm or 8mm, up to you);
4). Cooling machine (to cool down the output pellets and remove some moisture)
5). Sieving machine (to remove the dusts and broken pellets);
6). Packing machine (to put the pellets into bags of required sizes).
