Our efficient XGJ series wood pellet mill is a product of meticulous research and development, and holds our patented design in China. This pellet mill integrates the best practices from both domestic and international standards. At its core is the "double-layer die", a unique structure that fills the gap in the vertical feeding of ring-die pellet mills in the domestic market, thereby reaching an internationally advanced level.

Our machine is specially designed and structurally sound, consuming low power yet providing high efficiency. It's sturdy and durable, combining the benefits of both flat die pellet machines and horizontal ring die pellet mills. It shines particularly when handling materials with low adhesiveness and low shaping requirements, such as rice husks, sunflower husks, peanut shells, fruit shells, branches, trunks, bark, wood waste, various crop straws, household waste, rubber, cement, ash, and other chemical materials.


 Here is our primary equipment - the wood pellet machine. XGJ560 model has a power supply of 90KW and a capacity of 1-1.5 tons per hour. We also offer the XGJ850 pellet machine model, which boasts a power supply of 250KW and a capacity of 3-4 tons per hour. You can select a model that best suits your needs.
 

 
A. Mold: Made of wear-resistant stainless steel. Uniform hardness, non-breakable, highly wear-resistant. Die holes processed by high-speed drills.

B. Pressure Roller: Surface integrated with super wear-resistant alloy technology, lifespan matching that of the mold.

C. Pressure Roller Bearing: High-temperature-resistant material, optimized structure, heightened load-bearing capacity, extended lifespan.

D. Reducer: Multi-stage reduction helical gear with parallel arrangement, designed for 5x the working load. Features adjustable gear shaft bearings and a built-in lubrication & cooling system.

E. Lubrication: Real-time detection with flow detection and overpressure protection.

F. Material Shifting System: Rotary assembly separated from shifting cover to avoid high-temperature steam corrosion.

G. Shifting Cover: Non-moving parts in contact with materials and steam are made of stainless steel, solving metal corrosion problem.

H. Main Shaft Frame: New positioning system makes pressing wheel disassembly easier.

I. Main Shaft: Independent modular structure, reinforced and heavier bearing chamber structure.

J. Power Input: High-efficiency, energy-saving motor with direct plug-in connection, high-speed shaft parallel structure.
