Common Raw Materials

Production Process
Here's a more detailed look at each step:
Crushing: Raw biomass materials, like wood or straw, are chipped into smaller pieces.
Further Crushing: These pieces go through another round of crushing for size uniformity, aiding in blending.
Drying: The crushed material is dried to reduce its moisture content to roughly 10-15%.
Pelleting: The dry material is pressed at high temperatures to create dense pellets.
Cooling: Freshly-made pellets are cooled down to harden.
Packaging: Finally, pellets are packed for transport and storage, in either small or bulk quantities.
Biomass Pellet Machine
The 8th generation centrifugal high-efficiency pellet mill is
our patented product. There are 560 models with a power of
132KW and an hourly output of 1.5-2 tons, and 850 models
with a power of 250KW and a production capacity of 3-4.

Rotary Cutting Machine

pieces via a bottom screw conveyor for simper operation

TR-C Series wood crusher
Its primary function is to crush wooden raw materials such
as pallets, templates, construction wood, and waste
furniture, which may contain small amounts of metal. The
equipment possesses a unique structure enabling it to handle
woods with numerous iron nails, thereby significantly
broadening its application range. With this device, it's
possible to directly pulverize raw materials into fine powder
suited for granulation. This makes the TR-C series Wood
Pallet Crusher an ideal choice for dealing with demolition
materials and unwanted furniture or construction templates.
Belt Conveyor
The belt conveyor has the advantages of strong conveying
capacity, long conveying distance, simple structure and easy
maintenance, and can easily implement programmed control
and automatic operation
Rotary Dryer
Rotary Dryer is suitable for drying sawdust, organic
material, chemical material and etc. This type rotary dryer
has advantage of high drying capacity, stable working
performance, low consumption and easy operation.
There are multi-angle lifting style lifting plate inside of
dryer; during drying, the lifting plate will raising the
material evenly, which can ensure the material complete
heating change with the hot air enough and also ensure the
drying efficiency is good.
Cooler
The unique vibrating mechanism is used to discharge
material, which has stable operation and smooth discharge.
Using the principle of counter-flow cooling, the particles are
fully and uniformly cooled.
Hot pellets coming out from the pellet mill are required to
be cooled near ambient temperature to eliminate excess
moisture and heat to increase shelf life.
