Our efficient XGJ series wood pellet mill is a product of meticulous research and development, and holds our patented design in China. This pellet mill integrates the best practices from both domestic and international standards. At its core is the "double-layer die", a unique structure that fills the gap in the vertical feeding of ring-die pellet mills in the domestic market, thereby reaching an internationally advanced level.
Our machine is specially designed and structurally sound, consuming low power yet providing high efficiency. It's sturdy and durable, combining the benefits of both flat die pellet machines and horizontal ring die pellet mills.

A. Mold Innovation: Our machine's core component, the mold, is made from wear-resistant stainless steel that's quenched in a vacuum furnace. This guarantees uniform hardness, extraordinary wear resistance, and zero breakage. The die holes are designed with high-speed drills for even arrangement and smooth surfaces.
B. Roller Upgrades: The surface of the pressure roller is integrated with a super wear-resistant alloy technology, granting it an extended service life that matches that of the mold.
C. Bearing Construction: The pressure roller bearing is made from heat-resistant material. It features dense and elongated rollers, an optimized raceway structure, increased load-bearing capacity, and a longer lifespan.
D. Reducer Revolution: Composed of a multi-stage reduction helical gear with hard teeth arranged in parallel, the reducer's load-bearing capacity is five times its working conditions. Its unique design includes a lubrication and cooling system, plus adjustable gear shaft bearings for practical maintenance.
E. Lubrication Detection: Our reducer lubrication system contains flow detection and overpressure protection, useful for preventing equipment failures from insufficient lubrication.
F. Material Shifting System: This brand-new system separates the rotary assembly from the material shifting cover, shielding it from corrosion by high-temperature steam.
G. Corrosion Solution: Within the shifting cover, all non-moving parts in contact with materials and steam are made of stainless steel, effectively resolving metal corrosion issues.
H. Ease of Use: We've also introduced a novel positioning system in the main shaft frame, which simplifies the process of disassembling the pressing wheel.
I. Main Shaft Improvements: The new main shaft features a robust, independent modular structure and a reinforced bearing chamber. This significantly improves the rigidity of the shaft and enhances output while also reducing the impact of vibrations on the pressure wheel and mold. Furthermore, the main shaft is integrated into the reducer's lubrication system.
J. Power Efficiency: Last but not least, our machine utilizes a highly efficient, energy-saving motor with a direct plug-in connection for high coaxiality. The high-speed shaft adopts a parallel shaft structure, enhancing rigidity and ensuring a stable, reliable transmission operation.

Q:What kind of materials can be pelletized?
A: Materials such as wood wastes, saw dust, corn cobs/stover/stalks, straw, switch grass, other grasses, distillers grain, paper, etc. Basically, most Biomass materials that can be ground down to sawdust form can be pelletized.
Q. What is your payment term?
A: 30% of the total price shall be paid by telegraphic transfer as the down payment; 70% of the remaining payment shall be paid by telegraphic transfer prior to delivery.
Q: What documents you can offer?
A: We can offer invoice, packing list, contract, instructions, customs declaration, certificate of origin, CE. If client need other documents, specifications, please confirm with service staff.
Q: Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
