A. Core component - mold: Made of wear-resistant stainless steel, quenched in a vacuum furnace, the mold has uniform hardness, no damage, and is super wear-resistant; the mold holes are processed with high-speed oil drilling, the holes are evenly arranged, and the inside of the holes is smooth.

B. Core component - pressure roller: The surface of the pressure roller is surfacing with super wear-resistant alloy technology, and its service life is the same as that of the mold.

D. Core component - reducer: The reducer gear is a multi-stage reduction helical gear with hard tooth surface, arranged in parallel. Taking into account the user's maintenance capabilities and maintenance conditions, the bearings of the gear shafts at all levels of the reducer adopt adjustable structures. E. Real-time lubrication detection. The reducer lubrication system is equipped with flow detection and over-pressure protection, which can effectively prevent equipment failures caused by poor lubrication.

F. The brand new material transfer system, the rotating component and the material transfer cover are completely separated, which completely solves the problem of the material transfer system being easily corroded by high-temperature steam;

G. Except for the moving turntable, the other non-moving parts in the movable cover that can come into contact with materials and steam are made of stainless steel, which fundamentally solves the problem of corrosion of metal materials.

H. The new spindle frame positioning structure makes the disassembly of the pressure wheel more convenient.

The new spindle adopts an independent modular structure, and the bearing chamber structure is comprehensively strengthened and weighted to ensure the stable operation of the reducer, greatly improve the rigidity of the spindle, increase the output, and reduce the impact on the pressure wheel and the shaking of the mold. The main shaft is integrated into the lubrication system of the reducer, which saves the consumption of dry oil lubrication and also plays a cooling role.
